I found Green Gable Contracting on Angie's List. I was impressed by their many positive reviews. I have since worked with them on several projects through the years; Kitchen, Bathroom, Building a Deck, Front Steps. They show up and show up on time and explain the work throughout the process. They are my go-to guys.

Saw Nick’s reviews on Yelp. I was looking for a jack of all trades found out. Nick was a master. Most of them, hired him for a small job when we moved into a new house but keep him busy for five months. Great guy, reasonable prices great work highly recommend.

We can’t recommend Nick enough, we found him on Angie’s list . He came to help us with our upstairs bathroom, we decided to do a renovation. He gave us a lot of great ideas for the design and did excellent work at a fair price. We were so happy with his work that we had him come back and renovate our downstairs bathroom, which turned out great as well. At this time we are having Nick return to do additional work, he works on your schedule and your budget.

I have used Green Gable for several years. Nick helped me when a previous contractor left without finishing work I had paid for. He is competent, friendly, honest, and has good referrals. I would not have been able to recoup from my renovation losses and mishaps without his help!

Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in. Nick went above and beyond and identified and addressed issues he noticed, when working on our project to replace and/or repair the bathroom ceiling and wall required due to water damage. He also upgraded our vanity/sink, faucet and medicine cabinet. Since he noticed the need to caulk the the toilet, he advised of the need and took care of it. Also, he identified the need to replace the tile in the shower/tub area and will be taking care of that for us to prevent water damage. If Nick noticed some issue/concern, he mentioned it and offered to resolve it. Also, Nick patched drywall cracks and holes along the ceiling/wall living room and in a hallway closet and living room wall, and everything looks so much better. He provides excellent craftsmanship and is a trustworthy source for advice and insight to various home projects. I have already sought Nick for work in addition to what I had initially planned, and I will contact him for future projects. He is also very generous in helping to pick-up the vanity/sink for the bathroom project. Fortunately, I found a handyman/contractor that I can trust and depend who is reasonable, knowledgeable, personable and willing to be flexible with his schedule on which is very rare.

Nick shows up on time as promised. He repaired some of my old drywall taping which involved removing and reinstalling the tape along with any necessary painting. A very nice job, and he worked quickly and neatly. He even found some places that I missed and repaired them also.

Gave us a fair estimate, kept us updated with good communication and did a very nice job on the repairs.
